7. Don't Hot Potato The Belt
I'll start with the most obvious of obvious points. In order for Dean Ambrose to be a successful WWE World Heavyweight Champion, he can't drop the belt any time soon. Treated any championship like a hot potato only leads to that belt being devalued, and this being the case for what is in theory the most prestigious prize in the company would be akin to shooting oneself in the foot from point blank range.

Roman Reigns is a three-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion. WWE has tried to recreate that emotion of a championship win with The Guy on three occasions, and each time has been flatter than the last. Kalisto won the United States Heavyweight Championship, lost it a cup of coffee later and soon regained it, but you can't be a first-time champion if it isn't your first time.

Dean Ambrose may well go on to have multiple reigns as world champion in WWE. If the years ends with him being more than a one-time champion, it is difficult to see how those reigns won't feel cheaper than they should.

In order to put himself in a position to cash-in the Money in the Bank briefcase, Ambrose had to win the match in the first place.

Win that he did, and throughout the build-up to that match Ambrose was somewhat defined by his lack of interest in talking. The various men in the match had a number of segments together, with Ambrose more often than not lamenting that they hadn't started fighting yet.

Monday Night RAW has become a tiring show for a number of reasons, one of these being that the show inevitably starts with someone coming out to talk for 20 minutes. Dean Ambrose may be one of the best talkers in all of wrestling but this needs to be somewhat muted for the time being.
